Un boulet de canon, surement un souvenir d'une tentation de conquérir la ville de Québec voila plusieurs années,(la légende dit vers 1759) est bien visible dans le tronc de l'arbre. Le Waymark se situe sur la rue St.Louis dans le Vieux Québec.

The cannonball is wedged into the base of a tree in Old Quebec City. Legend tells us that it has been there since 1759. For thos who are familiar with the city of Quebec,this can be seen on St.Louis Street, not far from the Chateau Frontenac.
