The first Epping Post Office was opened on 16 October 1889 and originally named "East Carlingford". Ten years later the suburb name changed to Epping.
Today the post office is part of a modern apartment and commercial space close to the eastern side of the railway station.
It offers a full range of postal and banking services. It is open from 9am until 5pm Monday through to Friday.
