Spolecnost Pražské služby, a.s. se rozhodla pro rekonstrukci a remodeling nejen administrativní budovy v sídle spolecnosti Pod Šancemi na Praze 9, ale rovnež i prilehlého areálu. Postupne vznikla oddechová parková zóna s radou vyasázených stromu, keru a kvetin s chodnícky a lavickami.

Pred vchodem do administrativní budovy byla instalována fontánka s kvetinovým zákoutím.
