The sign on the building identifies the location as Westwood Browning Park. The name of the park was officially changed to John Steel Park (see waymark) in 2010, but not all of the signs have been changed, and local residents still normally refer to it as Westwood Browning Park.
The mural is painted on all sides of the change house for the wading pool that is the focal point of the park. While the whole building has the same light blue background, each side has different designs. The side facing the road has a jungle scene with vines and various animals, while the side facing the pool has handprints in various colours.
The signature on the bottom right of the street-facing side reads "Take Pride Winnipeg". Since 1994, Take Pride Winnipeg has painted over 400 murals in Winnipeg to prevent graffiti.
