This bell tower is in a dilapidated country church in rural Barry County, Missouri, a few miles northwest of Leann, which is a ghost town on Missouri route 39. The sign for the church is leaning up against the back of the building. The bell looks like it could still function. It has a rope hanging from the wheel.
The topographic maps show this as Liberty Union Church, but the sign says Liberty Bible Church. No doubt it started out as a one-room country school (taller section) and union church (interdenominational), and was later expanded onto.
