This cowboy is ready for a rodeo bull fight. Since it is now illegal in the country, he is left to this store next to Plaza Mayor. It is about 1.5 feet tall and he even has spurs and sucking on straw in his mouth while playing it cool. It is about 15 feet above the ground on the east side of this gateway entrance into plaza mayor.
