The sculpture is of a child who is pulling on the rope of a calf who is resisting. the plaque which is a part of the sculpture partially reads:
Historic Meridian Community Sculpture, Est. 2007
This sculpture is placed here as a reminder of what can be accomplished when a community works together. As a tribute to Meridian's history as a dairy community. This sculpture is made from 100% recycled materials and is funded in part by the Meridian Curbside Recycling Program.
