This public playground is located not far from the Mekong riverside, an area very popular amongst locals and travelers. Just before sunset, when it's cooler, a crowd of Lao will gather and walk around here, getting ready to a visit to the nearby night market.
Although it's so popular the area is not being well taken care of by The City. The grass is dry and the urban equipment is neglected. Still, the playground is in good condition.
