In the 1983 NRHP application, it states:
19. 919 Belvin Street - built 1912. Contributing. One-and-a-half-story, symmetrical, vernacular, rectangular house with steeply pitched hipped roof with hipped dormers. Clapboard siding, 3/3 casement windows on second level, four 1/l windows on front facade, all under classical moldings. Composition roof to be replaced soon with tin. Original fullfront porch will also be restored soon.

The porch was restored, while the rest of the house appears to be sound.

The narrative is the Texas Historical Commission site, which has to be searched for the historic district to see the above details.
