This Benchmark is located at the South end of a raised concrete divider between 3754 Old Richmond Road, and the Scotiabank next door. Identified as NCC 21, it is number 031G05 on the NTS map sheet, with Unique Number 6530021, and Ontario Provincial Identifier 019680021. As of CGVD2013 Vertical Datum, it has an elevation of 91.052 M. The location can also be mapped as N 45 19'30.1288" W 75 49'31.3981" using NAD83, or Zone 18 Easting 435315.648 meters Northing 5019390.112 meters using UTM.
