Sichathon is one of the larger villages in the Thai province of Nakhon Si Thammarat. A few shops, residences, and good, honest country folk, going about their business, under the hot, tropical sun. Linking this rural site to the wider world is this bus station. Here mini-buses visit the nearby villages, and the occasional interprovincial bus conveys people to the nearby provincial capitals of Surat Thani and Nakhon Si.
The station consists of a covered waiting area on the road side, where passengers and drivers sit. Behind this is an open, dusty field, with a few mini-buses parked, with another covered waiting area, where both passengers and drivers sit. Not the busiest station I have ever seen.
