The Loudoun Times Mirror Building at 9-11 East Market Street was built circa 1915. The one story brick building is in a Classical Revival style. The building features dominate 15-pane semi-circular arch windows across its facade.

The Loudoun Times Mirror was founded in 1798 and continues today serving the Leesburg area.
