"To Reach" Description: DESCRIBED BY OCS 2006 - FOUND 4" OCS ALUMINUM BENCHMARK DISK STAMPED " 3R-109-06", SET IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A 8.0 FT X 3.5 FT CATCH BASIN. MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD AND MOHLER DR. 85 FT. SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD AND 18 FT WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF MOHLER DR., LEVEL WITH THE SIDEWALK.
