The clock is on a tower that is topped by a dome. It, the clock, is mounted in a specially made stone mount that is set into stone brickwork. A round, stone ring encloses the face that has a glass front as weather protection.
The clock's face is white and possibly made from a translucent material enabling it to be backlit at night. The markings look as though they have been pressend from a single sheet of metal and are all painted black. Three concentric rings hold the markings together. The outer and centre ring hold the minute marks between them whilst the inner and centre rings hold the hour marks. The hour marks are Roman numerals of the type used for a clock face. The hands, also black, are a basic simple design and both have short, simple tails.
