The overall Memorial is a large boulder embraced with shrubs as if retreating from the world down a stone path lined with bright flowers. The center piece of the stone is a memorial to Jacob Cousins the first man of Jewish descent to die in WWI.
And just above his plaque is a plaque for WWII veterans of Jewish descent who perished in that awful and immense war.
