This sculpture is part of one of the fountains located in the gardens of the Belvedere Palace in Vienna.

This large fountain has three mermaids in the center with an infant. One of the mermaids seems to be cradling a model of a city. Another sculpture on the side depicts a man wrestling with a crocodile.
Unfortunately, and surprisingly, no additional information about this fountain could be found online.
