In the NRHP application, it states:
1. 716 Belvin Street - O.T. Brown House. Built 1878. Contributing. One-story, asymmetrical, frame Victorian house, slightly raised, with wrap around porch, turned spindle rails and posts, sawn brackets, acorn trim undereaves. Corner porch connecting three gable wings; asbestos shingle roof. Slim newel posts terminate wooden steps; double front door under transom. 4/4 windows, some floor length, under peaked window frames. Interior with stencil decorated, cast-iron mantel; copper and porcelain hardware; beaded wooden ceilings.
Found in excellent condition. Could use some landscaping.
