Eureka Springs Circuit Court is also known as the Western district branch of the Nineteenth East Circuit Court of Carroll county. There are two Circuit Courts in Carroll County because back in the late 1800's it was very difficult for people to get the courthouse in county seat of Berryville even though it was only 12 miles away. The Western District Court House was built around 1908.
