Here is the Grave site of Henry Dickenson, an American Revolutionary War Soilder. He was a private with the 5th Virginia regiment.
I could not find any information on this person, other than his grave marker. I'm sure he was one of the early settlers that the town of Dickensonville was named for. There are a few more Dickensons buried here in what appears to be a family plot on the grounds of the Old Russell County Courthouse. Some of the old gravestones are very elaborate for the time period.
