This plaque is inside Seamen's Bethel in New Bedford. referred to as the "Whaleman's Chapel" in a scene from Moby Dick. It reads:

"ON THE CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING

ABOARD THE TOPSAIL SCHOONER DOBBIN
