The clock is mounted between the third and fourth floors over the entrance to the building. It is a modern clock and has a basic design. It is located in a square case that has a blue edge. The face is made in two parts. The back part is a dark, rusty red colour. Over that is laid another piece that is painted white with a blue edge. Pieces have been clipped out where the hours are that allows the red, behind, to show through. The hands are a very simple design and are painted white. There are no minute marks.
The clock was not working on the day the photos were taken.
