This scenic overlook is accessible from the northbound I-205 freeway. The overlook provides an excellent view of Willamette Falls. A sign describes the history of settlement at the falls as well as the historic Willamette Falls locks. A second sign gives a biographical sketch of two important historical figures. A third marker for the Blue Star Memorial Highway was placed by the West Linn Garden Club within the last couple of years.
