This is the second of two large murals in Downtown Cranbrook which relate slices of Cranbrook's history.

This great mural was painted on the rear of the Credit Union Building at 920 Baker Street by Darlene MacDonald in 1992. It depicts not only scenes from Cranbrook's formative years, but glimpses of the natural beauty of the area, as well.

Cranbrook is scant miles west of the Rocky Mountains, making it an outdoor lover's dream, offering hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, camping and a plethora of other outdoor activities.
