This New Deal Project was located in the center of Winn Park. The station was built in 1937 as a 24/7 watch for fire alarms in the city. The station was abandoned in 2005 when the city of Sacramento removed the 540 publicly accessible fire alarm boxes throughout the city. In 2001 the city refurbished the building and protected it with a wrought iron fence. The building is a Sacramento City Landmark.
