This, the Aldridge Bridge, crosses both the Moyie River about 13.5 km. northwest of the tiny town of Moyie. A concrete and steel girder bridge, it is one of the smaller bridges on this stretch of highway. About 60 to 70 feet long, it carries Highway 3/95 over the Moyie River for the last time, if you're headed east and the first time, if you're headed west.
This is one of the series of bridges built along with the highway between Creston and Cranbrook in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
The best, close, parking to be had is off the end of the guard rail south of the south end of the bridge.
