This City of Palm Desert benchmark is monumented on top of a concrete railing in the SE corner of a bridge (56-518) spanning a flood wash basin and along Hwy 111. The disk contains the designation stamping of '118' and there is a red spray painted triangle around the disk. This station is not part of the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
