This mural is near the elevator at the Grotto which brings you to the top of the cliffside.
St. Peregrine is depicted standing, in his clerical robes with a halo. He holds up his right hand while his left hand reveals a serious sore on his left leg. Outside of the rectangle with his depiction is a cross. The overall hue is a purplish blue mix. It is set on the side of a stone block framed by more rocks.
Unfortunately there is no sign at the site indicating the artist, title or date.
