This bell tower is located on the south east side of Hadley Green Road to the north of Barnet. The tower sits atop a stable block that has been converted to living accommodation.

The bell may have served a dual purpose: for chiming the hours for the clock at the base of the tower or, more likely, as a fire alarm from the days when the building was a stable block.
The single bell can be clearly seen from the ground and it is attached to a solid cross beam. A clanger is positioned to the right of the bell to strike the bell externally. A thin cord can be seen running downwards from near the striking arm so it would seem that it was manually operated.
