This Right of Way mark is imbedded flush with a concrete sidewalk at the NW corner of Hwy 74 and Hwy 111 and about 4 feet SW of a signal light. It has the designation stamping of 'LS 7083' on the disk face. This mark does not exist in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
