Lower Mound Cemetery is located in Vermillion County, west of the small city of Covington, IN.
This is a modern obelisk. It has a stainless steel frame mounted on top of the stone base. The steel frame contains a chain, suspended from the top, down the center, which has a candle holder mounted on the bottom of it.
The monument has the following inscriptions:-
