Located within a shopping plaza and just off Jefferson Street is Mario's Italian Cafe. Our family has eaten here a number of times in past years and the food is always good and the desserts are divine. The prices are reasonable and this spot is very popular with the locals, so it is not one of the typical tourist-type places you'll see in Coachella Valley. This restaurant is one of seven locations that are family owned and operated in the Valley. Our family has only patronized this establishment so we can't speak for any of the other locations.
