Forest Lawn Cemetery is well maintained by the Town of Creston. There is a new addition to the cemetery to continue to meet the needs of residents of the area.
This is a large cemetery with about 3900 interments and is still active. Based on the information the cemetery began in about 1940. However the earliest burials that I could find were in 1947.

In the center of the cemetery are a large map and a book: "Names" with Block and Plot Numbers.
The Forest Lawn Cemetery is about 4.5 km NE of Creston. Travel east on Hwy. 3 until you reach the intersection of Hwy. 3 and 36th Avenue. Turn north on 36th Avenue, it is less than a km, the cemetery is on your right, just before the bend in the road.
