It seems since I was there, they have moved the Chamber to 216 W. Spring St., and this building is now, again, unoccupied.

I could not find out who owns it now. I believe it is part of the park system. The walk area in front of the building is a walk-of-fame for Noesho famous citizens (George Washington Carver, Thomas Hart Benton, James S, Scott, etc)
