This interesting piece of art is smack dab in the middle of the respectable money part of Sing city. It clearly represents a busy, industrious, and productive city. The centre of the sculpture is a sculpture of skyscrapers, enclosed by a sweeping arc of metal, that contains engravings of more buildings.
