A Scissortail Flycatcher weathervane is atop this large gazebo in the parking lot of VLN.
Inside the gazebo are several decorative benches, all displaying symbols of Oklahoma history: Rt. 66, bison, oil drilling equipment, the outline of the state, and the Scissortail Flycatcher.

This is the only Scissortail Flycatcher weathervane I have seen in the state of Oklahoma. The bird itself appears to be about 18 inches long.
