The clock is mounted at the end of a beam that projects from the tower. The clock is drim shaped with a face at each end. A stay is fitted from the clock's case to the tower, above the beam, for additional support. Two further stays are fitted below the beam to the tower.
The beam, stay and clock case are all painted black. The clock faces are identical and are painted black with the markings being gold and applied directly to the face. The minute marks are simple ticks and run around the edge of the face with a thinn gold circle connecting with the inner ends of the ticks. The hour marks are Roman numerals of the style used for a clock face with "IIII" being used instead of "IV" for the four. There are small diamond shapes, gold in colour, between the hour marks. The hands have short tails and are gold in colour.
