Jalapenos is a local Enterprise with two restaurants, located in Stockton and Modesto, Central California.
It offers everything you expect from a Mexican restaurant, the food is a little bit hotter than most tamed, touristy places and it is suprisingly cheap - at least for Central Californian standards.
