In the NRHP application, it states:
6. 832 Belvin Street - John Francis McGehee House. Built 1889. Contributing. Two-story, asymmetrical, Eastlake style, Victorian ell. Hipped with cross gables on dentils and brackets. Three-sided gable-end bay, sunburst trim. Gothic arches in porch rail repeated in bay. Coffered wall panels above and below window panes, floor length 2/2 windows. Double doors with transom, etched glass panels. Latched spindle brackets on original screen door. Brick steps only apparent exterior alteration.

Not to be confused with the George Thomas McGehee House down the street.
