[CZ]: Bitva u Sudomere se odehrála 25. brezna 1420. Bylo to jedno z prvních vítezství husitu v Husitských válkách. V této bitve velel husitskému vojsku Jan Žižka, který dokázal ubránit pruvod kališníku z Plzne do Tábora, navzdory presile a lepší výzbroji železných pánu a strakonických johanitu. Zároven tato bitva predznamenala budoucí vojenskou taktiku husitu. Na památku husiského vítezství byl na míste bojište v roce 1925 postaven pomník od sochare E.J.Kodeta.
[EN]: The Battle of Sudomer was fought on 25 March, 1420. It was one of the first victories of Hussites in Hussite Wars. In command of the Hussites in this battle was Jan Žižka, who managed to defend a procession of Hussites against the superiority of catholic forces. This battle also mean the beginning of future Hussite war strategy. To commemorate this battle, there was build a monument on the battle site in 1925 by sculptor E.J.Kodet.
