Valley Drive In is located at 410 33rd Avenue South. To find this very interesting drive in follow Hwy 3/Canyon Street east from Creston. Just as Hwy. 3 turns south continue on 33rd Avenue South about 650 metres, theatre is on your left.

We spotted Valley Drive In as we were making our way to Cranbrook. On our return trip to Creston we stopped by.
Interestingly, some of the old buildings, the screen and other memorabilia still stand. The ticket booth, projection building and concession stand are still visible.
Valley Drive In opened in 1955 and continued showing movies until 2002. There is only one screen and the car capacity was 250. Sound was provided by car mounted speakers and later upgraded to a FM transmitter.
Valley Drive in was open seasonally May to October.

Students $4.00
Children $3.00
Under Six Free
The theatre is surrounded by a high fence and the gate was locked, but easily seen from the entrance to the drive in.
