Simple 2 1/2 story building of Colonial Revival style. The site was occupied by a store as early as 1790. This building replaced the previous structure due to a fire and was built in 1886. This was the only store in Charlton at the time and provided all the needs to its residents. It was converted from a store to a dwelling around 1930.
