This church is of indeterminate age, the sanctuary being of Cedar Log construction, which was popular in the 1970s and 80s, while the hall, which joins it at right angles, is of wood frame construction. A small bell tower has been added at the rear of the sanctuary.

The Cranbrook Archives has an old photo of Knox Presbyterian Church, dated 1905, telling us that the church has been active in Cranbrook for at least 109 years. This church is definitely not that one, so it is likely the second Presbyterian Church to be built in Cranbrook.
