"Sausalito boasts many active sailing clubs and community programs aimed at fostering a love of sailing and an appreciation for our maritime history. Here at the Sausalito Yacht Club, their youth sailing program is open to members and non-members. During the summer, the club conducts a junior sailing jcamp for both new recruits and more seasoned sailors interested in racing. Heading North, Cass Gildley Marina is spearheading a grassroots campaign to support their Community Boating Center aimed at providing local access to small sailing craft."
