Now serves as office / commercial space, it has been updated with new siding leaving the original architectural detail in tact. It was occupied by the Universalist ministers from 1880 - 1923. Rev Preble (1844- 1933) helped organize the Village Improvement Society(1904) which brought modern services to the village, including sidewalks, street lights, electricity, parks and other beautification projects
