The gable end faces the road and is the only Greek Revival building on the Common. Samuel Rockwood built this dwelling on land he purchased from John Spurr in 8141. It has passed thru many of Charlton's past residents. It has generally been a residential property, however in 1983 it did serve as the Center Reality office.
