Both are steel truss bridges, and both cross the Moyie River within one km. of each other. This bridge is about a quarter km. north of the Highway 95 junction with Highway 3. It is about 40 metres in length, including 7 metre concrete and steel girder extensions on each end.
The two bridges were built in the same year, 1955, and continue to serve travellers today, 59 years later.
