Bronze plaque with relief portrait of Otto Schenk. He is wearing a suit jacket and tie. Otto Schenk was the president of Schenk Meat Packing and also president of the local Chamber of Commerce. It was through his tireless efforts which lead the City of Wheeling to acquire Wheeling Park. The White Palace in the park, is officially named the Otto Schenk Memorial Pavilion and the plaque is mounted on its facade.
