The statute is of a man in front of a piece of agricultural equipment. A coat hangs of the equipment. The man is holding a musket in his right hand and wears a coat and old fashioned pointed hat.

Plaque Reads:

"Milpitas Minute Man.
The Minute Man Statue is in commemoration of a small group of Milipitas citizens that called themselves "The Minute Men" The fougt annexation to the city of San Jose and won. The Minute Man image was addpoted to appear in the seal in 1962.
Dedicated January 25, 2014.
In Honor of the city's 60th Anniversary.
