The White Palace, officially known as the Otto Schenk Memorial Pavilion, it was built in 1926 following a fire which destroyed previous main building in the Park in 1925. Originally built as an open air dance pavilion it was closed during the 1950s to be a year round facility. The building continues to serve the park and is the administrative offices for Wheeling Park, it also has game rooms and a ballroom.
