Marina Quay is tourist ground zero for Singapore. Here is the Merlion, symbol of Singapore, and lots of classier shops and restaurants. Right in the middle of this, is a Starbucks. A larger size, wide variety of pastries and snacks. Rather crowded, clearly a popular spot.
